The short answer is no. The smart contract controls all staking operations, and we cannot interfere with it.
The EQIFi mobile app uses internal EQIFi wallets connected directly to your EQIFi account, so you have to ensure you can always access your EQIFi account.
For Staking on the EQIFi platform, to ensure a seamless experience, please Stake using a safe wallet that you can ensure you have access to when you will want to unstake.
If you lose access to the wallet that you used for Staking, our team cannot help you to unstake into another wallet address. Unstaking is only possible on the same address you used to stake your tokens.
Unstaking on the same wallet address is algorithmically set in the smart contract, which is not something our technical team can interfere with.
